These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of delivery and logistics services provided by Choice Trucking ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating in South Florida.
By requesting a quote, scheduling a delivery, or using any service provided by Choice Trucking, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all deliveries, whether arranged by phone, email, our website, or any other method of communication.
Choice Trucking provides final-mile delivery and logistics services, including but not limited to:
Our primary service area covers Miami-Dade and Broward County. Services outside this area may be available upon request and are subject to additional terms and pricing.
Choice Trucking reserves the right to refuse any delivery request at its sole discretion, including but not limited to requests involving prohibited items, unsafe conditions, or locations outside our operational capacity.
All service requests must be submitted via our quote request form at info@choicetrucking.us.com or through our website. A delivery is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Choice Trucking.
Quotes provided by Choice Trucking are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary if:
Payment terms will be outlined in your quote confirmation. Choice Trucking may require full or partial payment prior to service, depending on the nature and scope of the delivery.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Invoices for recurring or business accounts are due within the terms stated on the invoice.
Late payments on invoiced accounts are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Choice Trucking reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service for accounts with outstanding balances.
All rates are in U.S. dollars. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
Choice Trucking takes reasonable care in handling all shipments. However, our liability is limited as follows:
Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted in writing to info@choicetrucking.us.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time, with photographic evidence where applicable.
Choice Trucking will not transport the following items under any circumstances:
The Customer is responsible for ensuring all cargo complies with applicable laws and these Terms. Choice Trucking reserves the right to refuse or terminate a delivery if prohibited items are discovered, without refund.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a confirmed delivery subject to the following policy:
Choice Trucking reserves the right to cancel a scheduled delivery due to unsafe conditions, vehicle unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any prepaid amount.
Customers are expected to treat Choice Trucking drivers and staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Choice Trucking collects only the information necessary to provide delivery services, including contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, and cargo descriptions. This information is used solely to fulfill your delivery request and communicate with you about your service.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Delivery records may be retained for business and legal compliance purposes.
By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described above.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. Please contact us at info@choicetrucking.us.com before pursuing any formal action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choice Trucking's total liability to any Customer for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific delivery giving rise to the claim.
Choice Trucking reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at www.choicetrucking.us.com/terms with an updated effective date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage Customers to review these Terms periodically.
